Lavinia's Tea Party have got together with the Corinium Museum in Cirencester, to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee year, by holding a 1950's style cinema screening.
Come along (1950's dress optional) and watch 'An American in Paris', during the interval enjoy tea and cake on vintage china, which will be served in the 'Jubilee' exhibition. Vintage Embroidery Sampler Workshop
Saturday 9th June 2012 2pm-5pm
Spend a relaxing afternoon in the Lavinia's Tea Party studio, creating a vintage inspired sampler to decorate your home. You will learn several different stitches to create your own unique sampler, be it for a birthday, wedding or christening or just some pretty flowers. There will be an interval for afternoon tea consisting of sandwiches, cake and tea served on vintage china. All materials included, so you can take away a finished project.
Workshop £25 per person, to include materials, tutition and afternoon tea. Booking essential - spaces limited.

Knitting and Crochet workshop with vintage afternoon tea.
You'll be taught how to knit or crochet with instructor Janice Botterill, all materials will be provided, after an hour or so there will be a break for a wonderful afternoon tea served on vintage china. You'll then continue creating your vintage inspired item until 5pm, and get to take your pack home!

Vintage Pamper and Tea Party

On arrival you will receive tea and cake (inc. in the ticket price) served on Lavinia's collection of gorgeous vintage china and tiered cake stands.
On hand will be stylists and beauticians to glam you up in vintage styles, all for £5 a treatment, including:

The vintage shopping will include stalls selling: clothes, jewellery, hats, buttons, lace, glassware, bunting and more.

The afternoon will donate proceeds to the local Air Raid Shelter who will be kindly displaying their some of their collection!

Guests can enjoy refreshments in a vintage marquee after exploring the pre 1945 Hungarian and European linens. Beyond France is conveniently located on the outskirts of the historic market town, Cirencester, in the heart of the Cotswolds. Within easy reach of Tetbury, Burford, Chipping Camden, Bourton-on-the-Water....why not make a day of it!
